Meeting appointments/tasks to come over automatically from Outlook and then to sync with the People/resource view.
Currently having to add in meetings manually and assign to a project. As workers don't have the ability to add in their own meetings, a lot of extra work for managers/planners.
Workers are bookable for a set amount of time a day and it's difficult to manage their schedules when you need to look in 2 places - Outlook/resource view.
