Description - Email notifications are not very configurable, especially at the user level. It would be great if users could mute notifications for specific objects or the admin could select what statuses get overdue notifications.
Why is this feature important to you - reduce notification SPAM
How would you like the feature to work - Enable users to mute email notifications on an object by object basis (for a day/week/month) and give admins the ability to configure what statuses do and do not get notifications. e.g. On Hold statuses do not get overdue notifications.
Current Behaviour - Users and Admins cannot control notifications at this level causing users to enter arbitrary dates on requests to prevent notification overload.
