@mention of names should allow for inclusion of accents in name e.g. Sinéad and Sinead

When a team member's name includes accents, e.g. in Irish language there are the names Sinéad or Úna with accent included, Workfront should allow for the @mention feature when commenting team members so that if someone uses @Sinead, or @Sinéad, a result is team member Sinéad.

At the moment, if the users account has first name Sinéad and you try to @mention Sinead (with no accent over the letter e), no result is found for team members to @mention.

While this example is for Irish names, I'm sure the same applies to any other natiionalities where an accent is used in their name,
