We've activated SSO for our Workfront instance and it's working fine when we need to get into Workfront itself. However:
- SSO doesn't work when trying to log into the Customer Success Portal, requiring Customer Support to set up an alternate login ID for us.
- SSO does work when logging into the customer communities
- ProofHQ is a completely separate SSO process
Please make SSO a universal function across all Workfront interfaces!
