Situation: A worker marks a request "Closed" but the requester wants more work on it. The worker does not see the additional comment in their My Work tab. Even comments won't trigger it to show again in My Work, although a separate email is sent in my workplace showing the comment. In our case, the worker usually receives many Workfront notifications, and these "additional work needed/requested" types are lost in the mundane. Using Recent Updates as a way to view them is unreliable because they scroll off the screen within 5 or so updates...
Need: A way that the system shows when a requester wants more than what was provided (and needs worker to continue on same request after marked Complete).
Possible solutions:
1) have new notification icon that indicates urgent items (flash, turns red, other).
2) keep "alert" type notifications at the top of the Recent Update list until acknowledged.
3) the continue working on it request is part of the "completed" notification to the requester, and that triggers an alert to the worker (beyond a simple automatic notification email).
4) other? suggestions?
