Right now, when custom forms are added to Projects, tasks or Issues, they are all listed under the Custom Form tab. It would be awesome if they were instead tabs themselves with tab name being the name of the custom form
My vision is that the Custom Form remain where is it located today, under the "project details" tab, as a sub tab. Instead of having just "custom forms", we should be allowed to have "custom form tab 1" "customer form tab xxx", allowing us to create additional tabs and name them as we need to - put their placement is the same as the placement right now. Their visibility would be the same attributes for visibility as the current custom form tab has now. Just allow us the ability to have xx number of custom forms. I'm wanting this to stay as simple as possible, so that the implementation will roll out in a near release.
That's gonna be so helpful. Would sort our problem out as well. As we're using Queue Topic for our Idea Request, and then on our meeting we always go to Custom Form attached to them with all information and descriptions. To which obviously we need to navigate manually.
Would love to have this. We always tell people to "click Custom Forms when you see it" as that's got our specific data on -- it would be nice to have a specific Custom Form shown as a tab we could make first the one shown via a Layout Template.
would be great if you could also parse the custom form into different main project level tabs - i.e Creative Details, Billing details, Production Details, and have them reference the custom form area that matches.
I found this submission while seeking to submit this myself. We have several forms on each project, and they're approaching unusable. A key point: At least truncated form name on the form tab *crucial for users*
I'd like to echo Matt's question above - is this currently planned for the 2018 roadmap? This would be a huge benefit and would really open up the power of using custom forms.
Honestly a little surprised this doesn't exist yet. The path a user has to follow to get information submitted on a custom form through a request is just to much. Any update where this is on the roadmap?
