Request:
Improve the internal search when assigning a task:
- give a visual feedback if the search is ongoing in the background
- allow to search for part of the names without the need to put % in front of the string
- reduce search time to under 5 seconds
- sort order: sort by best match, independent if it's a team, group, role or person
