Description - Hover over task name in timesheet and see task description.

Why is this feature important to you - to help users report time accurately.

How would you like the feature to work - Hover over task name in timesheet and see task description.

Current Behaviour - Users would have to click on the task name, which brings up a new window, navigate to where the task descrption is, which they may not know how to do.

Description -

Why is this feature important to you - For general categories, users have to refer to external presentations to understand the data they need to include. Having a description field for general categories available in the timesheet view as a column will help them understand what the category should be used for.

How would you like the feature to work - Timesheet view needs to have customization of adding columns in layout templates

Current Behaviour - As of now, there is no way to customize a timesheet. Alsthough we can customize Timesheet lists, there is no way to customize what can be shown in the timesheet itself

Hi @RobertDo2@shirinshaikh and @Heather_Kulbacki,

I am pleased to announce the latest release of our UberTimesheet solution, which includes the following new features:

  • Hours are in grey font by default to indicate “minimal information but acceptable” time entry
  • Hours with a comment are shown in black font to indicate “full transparency and best practice” time entry
  • Double click hour cell pops up single comment box
  • Comments button pops up grid to easily adjust entered hours and comments
  • Hover for descriptions to help users report time accurately -- thanks again for the suggestion!

If you think our solution might be a fit, I'd be happy to chat further via doug.denhoed@atappstore.com

Regards,

Doug
