Home Work List Needs Planned Completion Date with Time Due

Description -

The Home Work List Planned Completion Date field should be able to include the time.

Similar to how you can select this in a task under advanced opitions, field format.

Why is this feature important to you -

This is important because assignees use the Work List as a hot sheet and to priortize when tasks are due.

Having the time a task is Planned Completion Date is important for planning.

How would you like the feature to work -

Similar to how it works with a task in the schedule. Shows the Planned Completion Date with the Time.

Current Behaviour -

Only shows the Planned Completion Date.
