Gant Chart Manipulation

Description - In the templates creator, with the Gant chart screen, allow the ability to drag and move dependencies and constraints in the chart.

Why is this feature important to you - Visual is easier than drop down menus and "choices" of Start no later than... Latest Available Time...Fixed Time... etc

How would you like the feature to work - Use right clicks to bring up a menu to add different arrows to indicate constraints. Drag and drop Task "icons" along chart to indicate start and stop days/hours.
