I have many activations that are for a series of things - from POVs to podcasts. Each parent task and sub task is renamed to match each POV and/or episode.
While I strive to have "final" titles/names before I build - sometimes after building and resourcing the names of the deliverable change. This means I now have to go into each task and subtask and change the name. This work is tedious but needed so the assigned team members clearly know what they are working on/when.
My suggestion/wish is for a "Find and replace" option within WF. So I could tell it what to update, and via an automated process behind the curtain, it was done. THIS would be a game changer and remove an "ugh project" from the to do lists of many in PM.
