We've found ourselves wasting time and creating a case regarding "missing" data within the program field of the project details screen. Performing a standard scroll to search for the program displayed only a short listing of data rather than going through the full list of programs we have. This led us to believe the field was faulty and were then told this was the intended design and a user should begin typing the first letter in order for the results to change.
I can live with this design provided, that it prompts me to do that- an empty box with a dropdown option would allude to a full list of potential data.
