Our agency utilizes multiple rate schemes.
For each role we have:
Agency Default Rate
Portfolio Specific Rate (in contract)
Portfolio Specific Rate (incremental)
optimally we would be able to set the hourly rate by role for the agency, then at the portfolio level add the portfolio specific contracted and incremental rates. So when running portfolio reports / portfolio optimizations the Cost Analysis shows what is accurate for that specific portfolio.
While i know that we can affect the rates at the project level it's such a challenge to manage at the specific project when it would be better if we could apply it globally
