We tend to have differing levels of comfort with workfront between our various teams. Particularly with on boarding new teams who are less familiar with Workfront and are less comfortable with it. It's quite common for me to receive a request from the team leader asking that we enable a email/notification for project work assigned to them, or incoming tasks/issues/ updates made etc., these are all notifications that are configurable from the setup tab but unfortunately affect all users within the system. The more seasoned teams who already have the bulk of their workflow transitioned to Workfront and are working hundreds of requests in the system, the additional notifications would be cumbersome and a nuisance for them. It would be great if we could select which groups/teams to apply the system wide notifications to. So for example when I onboard a new team and I can turn on all notifications for the first few weeks to get them accustomed to working in the system, while not inundating the rest of my users with notifications.
