Custom field in use notification

Our business model utilizes several different company names under one parent business, so all users use the same Workfront instance.

Our users are not sys admins, so have restricted permissions.

If someone from company A creates a custom field, and someone from Company B tries to use that custom field, they do not get any message if its already in-use in a custom form (under Company A).

It would be useful if all custom fields across all Companies could be tracked, and if one is being used within a form under any of the companies, it would display a message.

As-is, if 2 custom fields with the same name in 2 different companies are used in the one custom form, it can lead to confusion and/or unexpected (by the user) behaviors.
