Billing Rates at the Program Level

In our company, a contract equals a program. With each new contract for a client, the bill rate can be different. We are able to change at the project level but we have so many projects. It would be easier for the bill rate to default to a program bill rate rather than updating for each project.

Perfect Jacque! we work the same way and it will be easier to manage our contracts and revenue.

Agree - would also love to have Bill Rates defined at the Portfolio Level.
