Looks like it has been a while since this was posted - lol. But when you realize that a huge user base for Workfront is marketing creatives, it only makes sense that they would need a way to express themselves beyond an emoji. It is actually sooooooo important that our creative do all of their creative collaboration outside of Workfront on Teams where they have these features.
