RATHER THAN HAVING END USER TO TYPE IN INFORMATION AND FILL OUT REGULAR STANDARD SURVEYS

I think on a program wide level it would be great to add emojis that could be utilized in updates, comments, etc. I think it could enhance engagement with resistant adopters/users as it would add a more familiar communication tone to conversations. So I'm voting for your idea with that caveat - thanks!
