Adding an Icon To Team View Working On Tasks To Indicate Ready to Start

On the Working On Team View - where all tasks are listed in bright colours, it would be great to have a Red (Not Ready to Work On) or a Green (Ready to work on) on the actual task - thus making it easier for Team Leads to view what is ready and what is not ready to work on - this could also be a filter....
