When doing a search to add projects to a users' timesheets, the keyword search returns any project with the search term. The projects could be a variety of statuses including Complete, General Planning, etc. where we do not want to have users logging hours against them. It creates confusion among users when they add the project, but the entry boxes are grayed out because we don't allow time to added to non-current projects. Currently we work around this by trying to train the user base but this only has moderate effectiveness at best.
I would like to request that a checkbox be added to the timesheet setup configuration that will limit the search feature to only show projects with a status equivalent to current.
