Ability to see the custom form while viewing/creating task lists

When project owners are building out task lists, they rely heavily on the details provided in the custom form. This means they have to constantly click back and forth between the Tasks and Project Details tab.

Create a way to pop-up the custom form so that it is also visible while viewing and editing the task list.

Our PMs would also like the ability to not only view, but edit the custom form within the Task tab AND Calendar tab without having to navigate away from either of them. Somewhat similar to the pop-up box that is visible in the legacy gantt, but expanded to include overview and custom form data to view and edit.
