After I click the  download button I get a new page with the same screen image and no form to fill out. The new screen image when clicked is unresponsive,

I am receiving email reports from adobe-info.com but have been unable to download any of them.The instructions say to fill out a form but the form never shows up.Is anyone else having this problem?Attached is a screen shot of one of them.

Great!!! I copied the URL from the unresponsive page in Firefox and pasted it to the address line in Explorer and the formcame up. I filled it out and I was able to view the reports and watch the presentations. Thanks.Not sure why Firefox did not display the form.
