Hi Hussam,If there are no exceptions in the logs, you want to check tb_process_instance and tb_task (you need to create a join query), to see if task got created for that process instance.thanks!

Hi,I've done some tests and was able to make it work. Looks like exception regarding "corrupt event data" was getting logged because mandatory field for TaskDeadLined event instance was empty at run time.I changed the "throw TaskDeadlinedEvent" properties and added mapping as /MapContent/TaskID=1234 (just for testing purpose). After that, invoked the process again, found that TaskA and TaskB were in ToDo list. Completed TaskA manually and found that TaskB also got completed automatically after co...

In workbench help -> Creating processes -> Xpath function reference -> String functions -> Date and time parameters section describes different representations used in expressing date/time.So, e.g. if you pass yyyy-mm-dd as strFormat, it should return date in that format.if you pass mm/dd/yyyy, it should format input datetime in that way and return it back.

Is it happening for any specific stalled operation or is it across the board? Could you paste the Stacktrace from error logs?

Looks like there is some issue in sending email results. Perhaps service failed while sending out email with results.

Most likely this feature was added on 8.0.1 SP3 as part of a private patch. However, it's also added in 8.2.1.So, upgrading to 8.2.1 would be a recommended option.. For the private patch, you may want to contact enterprise support as it could be based on your M&S.

PDFG service configuration page has a setting called "Use Acrobat for Image conversion". Set this to "true" so that all image conversion requests in PDFG will use Acrobat behind the scene. From services view in Adminui, search for pdfg generation service to access that configuration page.

In log4j.xml file, increase logging level to "DEBUG".e.g. in JBoss\server\all\conf\log4j.xml file, for "DEBUG".e.g.----Once that is done, server log should provide more details regarding the authentication failure as specified in the message above. Perhaps it might contain error code from Active Directory. If the lower level message contains AD error code, you might be able to look up that error code on MSDN.

Can you post the exception Stacktrace from the log, which will provide more information to narrow down? Also, what version of LC are you installing, Is it 8.0.x or 8.2.x?

May be you could use "netstat" or other tools like "ActivePorts" to ensure that ports established are correct. Also try if jnp://127.0.0.1:1099 works or not, if ports are correct.

It seems like sources was way to set watched folders in 7.2.x.Now when you click on "sources" it takes you to Service management. In "Name" type "generate", and say filter. It should fetch you GeneratePDFService1:0.Click on the link, and choose "End Points" tab, which will allow you to set "watched folder" for this service. (Select "watched folder" in the dropdown and say add).

Need some more information to accurately answer the question. However, if you check Document properties of result PDF; it gives you PDF version e.g. 1.3, Fast web view, page size etc.Based on that you could track down which "Adobe PDF setting" matches with these settings."Adobe PDF Settings" are under Home -> Services -> LC PDF G -> in Admin UI.If you are using PDFG Admin UI (Create PDF operation)for converting PS -> PDF; it takes one input param called "Adobe PDF Setting". There are predefined s...
