Just wondering if there is an issue with LCCS right now. Both our application and room console are unable to obtain a session with LCCS. Receiving Authentication Error in the console and com.adobe.rtc.util.RTCError: bad-response in the application. Thanks!

Apparently this is only temporary and related to http://forums.adobe.com/message/4097843#4097843

I'm having similar issues to Pablo. Specifically, I'm wondering if the converse of:is also true. If we create a room from a template without subscribes, will we never receive LCCS Hook requests for that room even if we subscribe to a collection in that room later? Right now in our testing this seems to be the case. How can we test to make sure a collection is subscribed to using the RTC API? How to add subscriptions into an already created room template?

Registering Hooks with no active room?

We are receiving a null pointer exception when calling registerHook(String endpoint, String token)This is because the roomInstance variable has not been set.Shouldn't we be calling registerHooks prior to creating or accessing rooms? So why does registerHook require a room instance? Thanks.

Thanks Raff for the clarification. We'll most likely using a staging vs. production prefix to all room names we create. We may maintain separate a development template for introducing new application features (collections, attributes, etc.)

How do I specify a Application when creating or accessing a Room using RTC API

We would like to separate our room instances between development and production. In the room console we can create two applications "Development" and "Production." We would like all requests for createRoom and getRoomInfo to be filtered by Application. Is "My Applications" really supposed to be call "My Templates?" and if so how can we filter the list of rooms by template/application?Some clarification on this topic would be appreciated.Thanks.

Thanks for your help Raff. We got it working after making a firewall change and correcting an issue with the hook URL, which should have gone to a subdirectory. For anyone else using Spring 3, the aspect oriented setup works fine.@RemotingDestination(channels={"amf"})@Service("RTC")public class RTCHOOKS { }Just make sure the class is contained in a package specified in

Yes, I updated the source property accordingly to match our package structure. Just trying to keep things generic in the forums. I'll give that a try.Sent you a PM.

Publically accessible - yes to port 80. Are any other ports required for RTCHOOKS?RE: Readme - That's what I had originally, but since it wasn't working I decided to do things the spring way. I'll give that another try.Had @Service("RTCHOOKS")Tried @Service("RTC")Now Removed Aspect @Service("RTC")Added in remote-config.xml flex.samples.LCCS.RTCHOOKS Tested this setup and still no messages when adding/retracting items are logged.
