However because Adobe social is linked to different Social Media sites through APIs, you can use its Publish menu to publish your posts from one place to various social media sites. In order to re-authorize any social page a person needs only the ID and password in order to login to that page. As when you click on the link to re-authorize it asks you to login the social page. So in case a person is leaving your organization the best way is take the credential from that person and change them or you can make him to make another admin for the same page (in Facebook only) and then new admin can remove the old admin.
