  • You know, I really have tried.  I have remained hopeful and positive and figured if I just stuck to it long enough, I'd get it right.  I have recreated the problem area from scratch several times.  I have analyzed the form that was fixed for me and sent back and tried to make mine match it.  I have ...

  • I have gotten help from this forum before which has been great.  However, when it comes to actually applying the help I've gotten, I just can't seem to get it right. My problem is that I'm trying to get side by side fields to flow.  Let me say, I've saved and opened the sample I've seen on this foru...

I tried this from your just previous message and it worked:1) if you want the "grade" field to convert it so it always displays the upper case: /////////////////////////////////////////////////// Without + or - grades Put this on the "exit" event of the grade field using formCalc $ = Upper...

I opted not to do the drop down because I think it'll be quicker/more convenient for users to just tab through quickly, rather than pausing to use the drop down. We're all for whatever makes it easier for th...

  • Thanks! Here it is.  I had been working yesterday in subforms/fields for 5b and c since I thought those would be the ones which might bump over onto page 2 (in case the pallet options look kooky).  I have a couple other forms that will present the same problems so I can use your guidance on this form...

  • I am designing a form which features 2 columns and I'm looking for a script to populate one column based on data in the other.  Specifically, if grades A, B, C, or D are entered into the left column, then the right column populates with 3 credit hours.I assumed a fairly simple if/then statement . . ...
