We need to be able to utilize Programs for our Campaign assignments, but due to the volume of our work-- more than 10,000 project per year-- the Programs need to be deactivated, just like Portfolios, Projects, or Issues can be. This is essential. Other work-arounds are clumsy and unreliable.
Improve the Time Zones in the user set up:
1. Need the ability to add a Time Zone that's not in the list. For example, we need the Time Zone for Costa Rica and it's not available.
2. Add in the Abbreviations for the Time Zones to make them easier to find.

Did you go into your Timesheet preferences in setup and look at your Pre-Populate Timesheets with... section? Do you have any of those checked? This might be why you're seeing these tasks.
Look at the queue set up for your request project. Make sure you don't have 'People from the same company will inherit the same permissions for all requests' checked. I believe that if you do, they will be able to see everyone's requests. We don't have it checked and our requestors only ...
Hi. They can also access the Timesheets sent to them from their My Work page. If they go to the Approvals tab and then Timesheets, then they will see the ones that were submitted to them for approval. That might be an easier way to find and review them. Thanks.
We have a ticket open with Workfront on your first issue. They are working on trying to fix it but it has been at least two weeks since we reported it and we haven't heard any resolution back on it yet.
