I got your answer!Go to Edit / Preferences..And in the category box look for IdentityThere you can change your e-mail address.

I am having the same problem and have wasted more than 8hrs looking for a solution on how to change the e-mail address. If there is anyone that knows how to do this, I would be very appreciative if you could respond. Thank you!
