I have figured out the solution. And I have video js & media js files
which are belongs to hosting server. Wondering can I place these files
on the aem server level and consume in the htl page ??like

Hi Santhosh,404 page mostly do not use any template. You may need to
check whether the redirect is happening from apache or there will be 404
file under /apps/sling/servlet/errorhandler/404.jsp (in my case). You
can check the 404 jsp files.

Try the same on a fresh install of AEM - see if that happens on a clean
install vs your environment. We will determine if this is only
applicable to your server or all AEM versions.
