I have created a form in LiveCycle designer ES2. I read through the instructions carefully about how to create the form and do the tags. I cannot even run a full check on the form to see if it is compliant. I am at wits end. Any help I can get would be most appreciated! I would really rather not do this particular form in Adobe Acrobat as y...

I am trying to run and full check on the form and I keep getting 2 error messages: The checker found problems which may prevent the document from being fully accessible. This document contains no fonts. After much ado, I have finally gotten the customized submit by email button to work on several forms. I added to a new form and now I have somehow created an endless loop and I cannot figure out why. What I did: I added a regular button (not the submit by email button). Under Object/Field I selected Submit. Under Object/Submit, I selected submit as pdf. I need to capture signatures on a form that will be audited down the road. Then I added scripts. I used java script, run at the client. Then I add...

I am using livecycle 2 to create interactive forms. The users will be working in Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat so I need this to work in both.I have done this before, but the fields are not working properly and I am not quite sure how to fix it. I used the generic button and wrote the following script in presubmit. F.P2.Button1::preSubmit:form - (JavaScript, client)var strToAddress, strSubject//Capture the values from the form fields.strToAddress = txtToAddress.rawValue;strSubject = txtSubject.r...

Thanks Srini. I did not use the email button, I used the "button" button. I looked at your document, I see that it works but I don't know where you did coding and I am a pretty novel user - I have never done code.

I followed the instructions in LiveCycle guide but it is not working completely. I set up a custom button and followed the instructions for Submitting a pdf via email. When I click on the submit button, it pulls the pdf into an email but has left off the email address and the subject. The format I used was mailto:address@company.org?subject=blah blah blah.
