Hello everyone, we are currently facing a challenge and it is the following: my profiles are being excluded when exporting them to a destination. What could be the cause of this??We did an exercise with the same audience where it was exported to 2 different destinations, in one it was excluded and in the other it didn't exclude anyone.

Hi @MateoBo ,

Reference: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/dataflows/ui/monitor-destinations

missing attributes and consent violation could be the reason based on data available in above reference link.

Two more thing found while doing research around this

  1. https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-platform/how-to-get-the-details-of...
According to above duplicate records also can be the reason.
  2. https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-platform/why-some-profiles-in-cdp-...
This also looks like similar what you have asked. So, might be you could get some insights from here as well.

Hope it helps!

Thanks

Hi @MateoBo

This may be because of "Mandatory Key" - profiles without mandatory keys wont be exported if you choose this option.

I dont think its causing because of deduplication, here only the duplicate profile will be excluded, otherwise all unique profile will be here.

Refer this below screen shot,

I suspect the way you activated may different for both these destination, please check this and confirm.

Thanks,
