Can you make the "Drop a pin" feature more obvious as part of the Place creation experience?

My natural inclination when trying to create a place was to look for the ability to drop a pin. At first I thought the feature didn't exist, and grabbed lat/long from Google maps. I only found the "Drop a pin" button after scrolling around in the Place creation panel.

 

Can you make the "Drop a pin" feature more prominent?
