Edge Delivery Services, Localization and Multisite Manager

For Edge Delivery Services, how do we perform multisite manager, say for example we have
www.applepro.com/ca/fr/home.html
www.applepro.com/ca/en/home.html

www.applepro.com/us/en/home.html

www.applepro.com/us/es/home.html

We are using document authoring.

For example given that we are working on a large website like www.volvotrucks.com, how does their website create so many different market's and languages? https://www.volvotrucks.com/en-en/select-market.html

In EDS, MSM it depends on your Authoring system i.e. Sharepoint, Google drive or AEM.

If you are using document based authoring then you have to build/rely on sharepoint/google drive capabilities to generate the market/language specific content.

Thanks @arunpatidar , but what does this mean, does it mean that I need to manually clone the pages? Google Docs or SharePoint does not have such MSM capabilities.

So do I ned to duplicate pages and re-author the english to the targeted language?
