I'm seeing an error "_satellite is not defined" - _satellite.pushBlockingScript(...)

Any idea what this could be?

Sounds like trouble with how the embed code is placed on the site.  Is there a URL you can share so we can see?

The url is not accessible on the web (preview environment).  The error seems to occur if a co-worker is making some changes in Satellite (DTM).

Can you elaborate on the exact scenario that you have seen that would help us to try and replicate this?
