Outbound Links - Events

I'm able to successfully track clicks and assigning it as an event on DTM > Event Based Rule. However, I'm unable to track clicks that are outbound links.

For example, I have this outbound link to Twitter on a product page:

Under the link tracking section of the Analytics tool, do you have the "Track outbound links" option selected?

I wonder if you have an issue with your Path condition.  Can you reply with the URL of a product page (complete with any query string arguments)?
