Does anyone know how to push Crazy Egg code through DTM? I created a page load rule triggered at the bottom of the page, entered the script in the third party tag section and set it as Non-Sequential JS. I also tried several variations of script type and code trigger settings but the code still is not being detected by Crazy Egg.

Do you know for sure it's not working?  We add the Crazy Egg code dynamically to the page, and the Crazy Egg site always complains that it doesn't detect any code whenever we add any page to track.  It doesn't seem to detect it unless it's hard-coded.  It still works, though; we click the "I'll add the code later" option, and all the data collection and reporting works fine.
