How to Upload a PDF file into a post or page??

i need help and i am giving you an example here http://www.t20worldcup-2016.in/_images/download/icct20worldcup2016schedule-women.pdf this person upload an pdf file here, i new so i need help how to insert pdf file to my post in wordpress, or i have to install abode reader software to my site?
