Hello there,
I'm using Target Standard and I'm trying to find a solution for my problem but can't find any.
I have a website with mirror pages (english/french) and I have to do a A/B test for one page.
How do I have to manage the following use-case: a user comes to that page in english and decides to go on the french version of that same page afterward (via the "French" link atop of the page)? It is important to note that the domain name is not the same for both languages, but behind it's the same server (AEM).
Also, how is it possible in Target Standard to include a mirror page, create the same experiences, for ONE activity?
Thanks for any help on how to create et approach that.
Regards

Hi Eric,
Based upon the response that I have got from the team, it is not possible to show the same experience in different languages. We cannot conduct in A/B test what is shown – random. We can conduct it only on the same page, e.g. English and set it after conversion which experience to be shown.
We can execute test on multiple pages, but I do not think this is what you are looking for: https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/target/target/c_multipage_activity.html
Thanks!

Hi Eric,
Thank you for reaching out tot Adobe Community.
Please go through the below doc that explains showing the same experience on similar pages:
https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/target/target/t_temtest.html
If you use a page template to provide structure to your pages, or if your pages contain similar elements, this feature makes it possible to test variations in similarly structured page elements.
To work correctly, this feature must be used on pages that have a very similar structure. or contain template elements that are structured the same on all pages.
thanks!

Hello and thanks for your answer.
I already tried that but the thing is that if I'm using this procedure, the english and french pages are given the same content, which is not desirable since it's another language.
So:
Is there any chance that could be done with the procedure you gave me?
Or, is it something possible using "Add additionnal pages" and/or use both 1st and 3rd party cookies?
Thanks

Ok,
I'll do multipage activities and take into account that if a user switch language he will be potentially presented with a different offer.
Thanks
