I have uploaded feeds in Target Recommendation (Premium account) but indexing doesn't complete and shows "indexing since".

Hi Jaideep ,
It seems to be an parsing error. Can you please re-run the feed, To re-run a feed, open the feed and edit it if desired, then click Save.
Also ,Can you please share your Adobe Target account credentials in a private message so that we can debug the issue at our end.
