Can you show a campaign in Target only if another campaign is NOT present?

Level 1

Hi there,

I'm working on a Campaign B and the condition is - the User will convert from Campaign A, before entering Campaign B. Campaign A is already Live, so ideally I will only set the dependency in Campaign B.

Campaign A is served to All Visitors, but as soon as the visitor converts, he won't enter this campaign again. This is the point where the visitor should enter Campaign B.

Is such refinement possible in Target?

I've tried to add the check inside my offer code using ttMETA (ttMETA[3].campaign.indexOf("1234") > -1), but I think Target executes campaign B before it could get the information about campaign A. Is there a different approach?

Many thanks,
