AEM-Target Integration Tutorial

Hi,

I have a local instance of AEM and Target on Sandbox (marketing.adobe.com).

I want to try out one A/B Testing, one MVT and one Personalization on an AEM page.

Kindly guide me to a tutorial for achieving these, considering that nothing exists on these two and we have to do it from scratch..
