Adobe Target breaks Marketo Form Submit button

I'm trying to run a Adobe Target redirect on a Marketo form page. 50% of the traffic is redirected to another URL.

However, when I implement this test on the page, the "Submit" button stops working.

The page that I am trying to run the A/B test on is UPS Free Virtual Consultation . This form works as expected.

Here is a QA link for the test running on the page. The "Submit" button does not submit the Marketo form here.

Has anyone else run into similar trouble with Adobe Target and Marketo forms? What's the solution?
