Visual context for the difference when using "Target Library > Safari Browser" vs "Browser Type equals Safari"

Issue: This is documented internally in TNT-30767 there are multiple ways to ask the Audience for Safari visitors one of the ways works for both mobile and desktop visitors and the other only works for desktop visitors. There is no indication in the UI of this known fact.

Feature being requested: Please provide a visual indicator in the UI that warns the user that one of the ways is meant to only be used when working with Desktop vs the other can work with both. Perhaps having the options show up as:

Target Library > "Safari Browser (Mobile or Desktop)"

vs

Browser > Type > equals > "Safari (Mobile only)"
