Target Logging

Description -

Introducing logs that enable the validation of the status and invocation times of Target APIs. With regards to batchUpdate, these logs not only provide insight into the status and timing of the service invocation, but also furnish additional details concerning the completion (or error) of updating profiles and attributes.
