Increase dialog box / field length in Target interface (Goal & setting -> other Metadata -> NOTES)

Why is this feature important to you - Due to character limit restriction, users are facing difficulty to maintain all the notes @ activity level

How would you like the feature to work - Due to prolonged life of activity, it would be better to Increase NOTES dialog box length to capture detailed notes
