at.js v2.x requesting response tokens of the type: campaign.recipe.id & campaign.recipe.trafficType

Customer needs option to create response tokens of the type: campaign.recipe.id & campaign.recipe.trafficType. They need this in order to replace their plugins that are for campaign.recipe.id and campaign.recipe.trafficType. Without these response tokens they can’t upgrade to at.js v2.x
