Ability to Change an Action in the Modifications Section

It would be REALLY beneficial if I could change my action type (i.e. insert after) within the modifications section without having to delete it and recreate it as desired (i.e. insert before).  I have run into a scenarios where I need to "insert before", but created a bunch of things as "insert after" before realizing an issue existed. I can change my selector, but not my action type so I have to redo everything and it's very time consuming.
