Staging Environment Showing Error Message

Hi All,

I have implemented target in DTM through at.js code and when we try create activity in UAT environment (109.15.11.8 like this) it showing error message to turn off EEC In page delivery menu, when i did that also again it showing different error.

But the same this is working with production domain www.example.com. Is there like IP Address URLs will not work only domains will work in target ?

Can someone help me in this.
