Mozilla Firefox - Less traffic qualifying in a test

Hi,

I am facing issue related to traffic qualifying to a test on Mozilaa Firefox version 46.0. For example from a particular channel my entry visits are 267 (Mozilla firefox) however number of visits qualifying in a test are only 19. Everything is working fine for other browsers.

Can you please share why we are facing this issue.

Firefox version 46.0 is not listed as one of the Supported Browsers​. Could you please try updating to the latest version of Firefox?

If the issue persists after updating, please contact Customer Care (clientcare@adobe.com) with the following information-

- Activity Name

- Activity URL

- Steps to qualify for the activity
