Zeroes in Numeric Fields?

I am working on a fillable form and need zeroes to precede numbers in two numeric fields.  How do I do this?

Thanks you in advance.

To add specifics to my question above...I have a form and part of it is filling in 2 digit numbers for location and department.  For example a location would be 03 and a department might be 07.  In testing the form, when I put those numbers into the numeric field and tab to the next field the zeroes disappear.  How do I get the numeric field to hold the zeroes?

Thank you again.

Hi there,

I'd suggest you to have a text field to display the numbers this way, if you want to keep a numeric value you can have a numeric field hidden in background that keeps the text field's value.

I think this would be you best option..

Thank you.  That solves the problem.
